Search Minerals announces non-brokered private placement
VANCOUVER, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Search Minerals Inc. (“Search” or the “Company”) (TSXV: SMY) advises that, further to its press release of earlier today announcing a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $252,000 through the sale of flow-through units (the “FT Units”), it intends to use 100% of the gross proceeds to fund a drill program at its heavy rare earth element prospect at Pesky Hill.
Completion of the private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
