Meet the leadership team:
Mr. Lanzon B.P.A., M.P.A, is an experienced executive level advocate with a proven track record of promoting shareholder's interests at the highest levels of government and the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is skilled in building and maintaining relationships with kev decision-makers, crafting persuasive messaging and navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments. Joseph is adept at developing and executing comprehensive insightful strategies that achieve measurable results. With strong communication, negotiation and strategic thinking abilities, Joseph has a proven ability to navigate nuanced environments.
Mr. Andrews received his Bachelor of Commerce, Finance from the University of Calgary. He has over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, financial and administrative management consulting to public and private companies. Mr. Andrews held various positions with Search Minerals since 2009, with the most recent being Chief Executive Officer/President and Director until February 2023. He has held positions as General Manager of a Registered Portfolio Management company, General Manager of a Private Family Office and President of a wholesale distribution company. Mr. Andrews has also held various directorships in TSX Venture listed companies since 1993, including those involved in mining, oil and gas, technology and biotechnology.
