The Search Minerals Board of Directors operates within our business strategy of seeking out joint venture and partnership opportunities that will advance key projects. In doing so, the Board directs risk assessments, resource management, strategic planning, financial and operational management initiatives in ways that respect this strategy. The Board ensures that all obligations to shareholders and stakeholders are met. Furthermore, the Board is committed to a transparent and high-quality governance system visible to all stakeholders.

Joseph Lanzon

Mr. Lanzon B.P.A., M.P.A, is an experienced executive level advocate with a proven track record of promoting shareholder's interests at the highest levels of government and the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is skilled in building and maintaining relationships with kev decision-makers, crafting persuasive messaging and navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments. Joseph is adept at developing and executing comprehensive insightful strategies that achieve measurable results.  With strong communication, negotiation and strategic thinking abilities, Joseph has a proven ability to navigate nuanced environments.

Rohan Hazelton

Mr. Hazelton is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than 25 years of international finance expericence, with 20 of those years dedicated to the mining industry. He was previously the CEO of NorZinc Ltd. a critical minerals developer in the Northwest Territories, Canada.  Prior to that he was the CFO of Cerrado Gold Inc.(TSXV:CERT)  and Ascendant Resources Inc. (TSXV:ASND), and also Co-Founder and CEO of KORE Mining Ltd. (TSXV:KORE)   Mr. Hazelton was one of the founding members of Goldcorp Inc. (Wheaton Rivers Minerals Corp.) and Wheaton Precious Minerals Corp.  He is a graduate of Harvard University with a BA in Applied Mathematics.  Currently, Mr. Hazelton is Chief Executive Officer, President, and Interim Chief Financial Officer of DynaResource, Inc. (OTCQX:DYNR).

Diane Poole

Ms.Poole is currently the Chief of Staff of the NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC), a governing body representing Inuit from south and central Labrador.  She lives and works in St. Lewis, a community located in the heart of NunatuKavut.  The town of St. Lewis is 2km from the Search Minerals Deep Fox project and 10km from the Foxtrot project.  Diane has been with NCC for over 15 years.  Prior to her Chief of Staff role, Diane worked in the Employment and Skills Development department, helping ready and connect hundreds of NunatuKavut Inuit to employment opportunities.  Diane is a proud member of the NCC and very dedicated to the members she works with and the organization she represents. A people person, Diane is a networker and enjoys meeting new people and collaborating with organizations and companies to further her own work in education and skills development. She is very community oriented and is often called upon for a community perspective around industry developments happening in the territory.
