Meet the leadership team:
Jonathan is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience working in various leadership roles across the metals & mining industry.
Jonathan is the Founder & CEO of Ridgeline Royalties Incorporated, a leading source of royalty and stream financing for miners that supply the clean energy marketplace. Jonathan has also been a frequent speaker and subject matter expert at conferences focused on the battery materials supply chain.
Prior to founding Ridgeline, Jonathan was a part of Newmont Corporation’s award-winning investor relations program from 2018 through 2020. Newmont (NYSE: NEM) is the world’s largest gold producer of gold. While Mr. Beigle was at Newmont, IR Magazine named Newmont “Best in Sector: Materials” in 2020. In addition, Institutional Investor magazine named Newmont as the #1 IR Team in metals and mining in 2020. Mr. Beigle was also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute’s 2020 “40 Under 40” class.
Jonathan began his career (2004-2016) at Manning & Napier Advisors, an institutional investment firm in Fairport, NY with as much as $55 billion in assets under management. While at MNA, Mr. Beigle focused primarily on the metals & mining and construction sectors. Mr. Beigle was a top-3 shareholder of several large mining companies including SQM, Cameco, Teck Resources and Alcoa.
Jonathan has a Master of Science degree in mining engineering & management from the South Dakota School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a specialization in finance from Liberty University. Mr. Beigle is also a CFA® charterholder.
Jason Macintosh is a senior mining executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across exploration, development, and operating environments in the resource sector.
Jason serves as Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary of Search Minerals Inc., where he plays a central role in the Company’s strategic, financial, and operational direction. He is recognized for disciplined execution, effective stakeholder engagement, and a leadership approach focused on clarity, performance, and sound decision‑making. Jason is actively advancing Search’s capital markets strategy, government engagement, and project development across the Foxtrot–Deep Fox rare earth district in Southeast Labrador.
Prior to joining Search, Jason was CFO & Corporate Secretary of STLLR Gold Inc., a Canadian gold developer advancing two cornerstone projects in Ontario and the Northwest Territories. During his tenure, he completed multiple $50 million acquisitions, a $70 million equity financing, and led all governance, financial reporting, and investor relations functions. Jason has also provided contract CFO and senior financial leadership to several public and private mining companies, including Labrador Iron Mines, Buchans Resources, Trinity Resources, and AvranceCorp Developments.
Earlier in his career, Jason held senior finance roles at Dumas Contracting Ltd., Stream Global Services, and major Canadian financial institutions, where he developed deep expertise in financial stewardship, operational management, budgeting, treasury oversight, and corporate governance.
Jason holds an MBA from Laurentian University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), and is a graduate of the Mining Engineering Technician program at the Haileybury School of Mines. He is also a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
